Lisa Garvey-Williams is Founder/Director of Alchemy Consulting, an Organisation Development consultancy providing services internationally. She is an Executive Coach, Group Facilitator, and Learning Designer. Lisa is also a UKCP registered Psychotherapist with a private practice in the South West of England. She has over twenty year’s international consulting experience working with senior management at a variety of multi-national organisations in the private sector, including EIPC (European Independent Purchasing Company Ltd) and its sister companies in the USA and South East Asia, PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Dong Energy, Yamaha, National Grid and has also worked with organisations in the public sector, notably the National Health Service in the UK, and with several NGOs in Africa and India.
Prior to establishing her own business in 2001, Lisa worked for PwC where she held a variety of leadership roles. Her last position there was as an organisation and leadership development specialist and senior consultant providing advice to internal as well as external clients. Lisa has extensive experience of working internationally, including the UK, USA, Africa, and most countries in Western and Central & Eastern Europe. She speaks good French and German, has some knowledge of Greek, with English as mother tongue. She has Masters degrees in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and in HR Management, and an Honours degree in Modern Languages. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Lisa is a Member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and is a registered Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, having completed her training at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. She is also a sivananda yoga and meditation teacher.
